Warranty
All products sold on this website carry guarantees and warranties equal to those provided by the manufacturer or supplier to Cable Protector Works.
In general the guarantee covers the products we supply against defects in workmanship and materials.
We are so confident in our standards that we offer a Lifetime Warranty on our products.
Limited Lifetime Warranty applies to structure of part and does not cover tread pattern or standard wear and tear based on use of product. Improper installation, mishandling of product or improper usage as defined by Elasco would waive all warranty claims. Lids have a 3 Year Warranty.
The products must be used, maintained, and installed according to the instructions and procedures by the Company, or this warranty is void.
Damages caused by acts of God, abuse, misuse, intentional damage, improper usage or maintenance, cosmetic damage, or damages caused by persons who have not been trained in the proper use of the product, or continued use of the product after discovery of defect will not be covered by this warranty.
Over usage in extreme conditions can cause the product to degrade at a higher rate and Lifetime Warranty may not be applicable – Contact us for questions regarding proper usage. Any altercation or modification of the product or improper use within the safety guidelines of the product will also void this warranty. Any product containing a manufacturers defect will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturers cost.
No other warranty or remedy shall be provided. This warranty specifically does not guarantee or cover payment or reimbursement of any damages or consequential damages beyond the above. All products returned to us under this warranty must be prepaid at the owner’s expense.
Due to the heavy use of our XtremeGuard Collection this collection offers a 1 year warranty on these products.
Any claim by buyer with the reference to the products sold hereunder shall be deemed waived by the buyer unless submitted in writing within thirty (30) days following the date buyer discovered defect or by reasonable inspection should have discovered any claim breach of the foregoing warranty.
